Hi Cinthia, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey into real estate is rooted in resilience, family, and the pursuit of opportunity. Originally from Bolivia, I moved to the United States with my two sons to build a brighter future. This transition required immense courage and faith. The experience of starting over shaped the work ethic, discipline, and determination I bring to my career today. We chose Houston for its strong career and educational opportunities; a decision grounded in the same long-term vision I now help my clients pursue. Before transitioning fully into sales, my background in property management gave me a deep understanding of operations, contracts, and asset protection. That professional foundation allows me to approach every transaction with both technical expertise and genuine care.

Over time, what began as a professional path evolved into a true calling. I realized that behind every contract is a family’s future, and that perspective continues to guide the way I serve my clients.

Being bilingual has allowed me to connect with families who value clarity and trust throughout the process. For many clients, navigating real estate in a second language can feel overwhelming, and I’m proud to provide steady communication and confidence from start to finish.
Houston gave my family an opportunity, and helping others build their future here is deeply meaningful to me.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been a perfectly smooth road, and I believe that’s what makes the journey meaningful. Starting a business from the ground up requires resilience and steady focus. There were seasons that demanded adaptability, adjusting to market shifts, navigating detailed contracts, and guiding clients through unexpected challenges. Real estate decisions are significant, and I take that responsibility seriously because these moments matter to families.

Those experiences strengthened my discipline and reinforced the importance of preparation, integrity, and steady leadership, especially when clients need reassurance the most.

I’m incredibly grateful for the steady support of my husband throughout this journey. Building a business requires long hours, continuous learning, and perseverance. His encouragement and belief in me have been a quiet but constant source of strength.

We’ve been impressed with Cinthia El-Hage Elrod, REALTOR® Realm Real Estate Professionals – North Houston, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I specialize in residential real estate, new construction homes, and land transactions throughout the Houston metro area, while occasionally representing select commercial opportunities when they align with my clients’ investment goals. I proudly serve clients throughout Houston and its surrounding communities, including Kingwood, The Woodlands, Porter, New Caney, Conroe, Katy, Cypress, and Spring. My focus is primarily in North and Northeast Houston, while remaining flexible to support clients wherever opportunity aligns with their goals.
What sets me apart is the structure and discipline I bring to every transaction. With a background in property management, I approach real estate with an operational and investment-minded perspective. I focus closely on contracts, timelines, financing terms, and asset protection to ensure my clients are informed and protected at every stage. My approach combines operational discipline with relationship-centered client experience.

I work with first-time home buyers, listings, move-up clients, land opportunities, and new construction, allowing me to support clients across different stages of their real estate journey. I approach every transaction with care and intention. My clients value honest communication and the reassurance of having someone who takes their goals seriously.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What brings me the greatest happiness is helping families move forward with confidence and clarity.
My love for my family keeps me grounded and reminds me of the importance of stability, opportunity, and long-term vision. Recently becoming a grandmother has deepened that perspective even more and it’s a reminder that the decisions we make today shape the generations that follow. That awareness shapes the way I serve my clients with care, intention, and deep respect for the significance of the choices they’re making. There is something incredibly fulfilling about guiding someone toward a new chapter.
