Sisu Clinic in Montrose is led by brothers Dr. James Cotter and Dr. Brian Cotter, alongside CEO Pat Phelan, who together form the core leadership team behind the brand. After graduating from medical school, Dr. James and Dr. Brian Cotter worked as general surgeons and internists in Irish hospitals, while also practicing part-time in cosmetic clinics. During this time, they became increasingly concerned by what they witnessed within the industry, clinicians prioritising profit over patient care and the use of unqualified providers in aesthetic treatments. Guided by their medical oath to first do no harm, the brothers set out to build a clinic grounded in medical integrity, patient safety, and ethical aesthetic care. Alongside Pat Phelan, whose leadership supports the clinic’s strategic growth and operational excellence, they have created a doctor-led model that places education, consistency, and patient trust at its core.

with 1 clinic in Montrose, 4 in New York and two in Florida plus over 20 clinics in Europe it hasn’t all been plain sailing, we were early to Montrose being one of the 1st tenants to occupy the centre, however are now fully bedded in the neighbourhood, it was a step learning curve but we now feel like we have found our forever home
