Hi Orlando, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I want to start off all the way in the beginning. When I first started to work in construction. I started to work in in construction in 2016 as a helper. I learned how to install windows, soffit and framing. In 2017, I started a new job focused more on drywall finishing. I worked in this until 2020. Once the pandemic hit I had an idea of starting my own construction company. I had previously done small drywall jobs on my own. Since then I have worked getting my own drywall jobs and branched into providing handyman work. I have so many wonderful clients that I can help with small projects and larger projects. I am a one man company (sometimes 2 if my wife comes along) that provides affordable prices to clients.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has not because with construction work there are seasons of a lot of work and some dry seasons. It is hard to find work at times when it is the slower time of the year. Also, working solo also makes it harder to get bigger projects if the client needs it done quick.

My business is a one man company that provides home and handyman services. Some examples are drywall install, drywall finishing, interior painting, framing, installing interior, and exterior doors, remodeling, custom mailboxes, fences, and etc. What sets us apart is we provide affordable prices due to working solo. I am most proud of doing clean efficient work and being honest to what I can do or not do. I want them to know we are located in the Houston area and are available via text or call. We always provide free quotes and they can see our working across all social media platforms.
How do you think about happiness?
Being able to work on something that I can see the before and after. My dogs also make me pretty happy!
