Patrick and Khimberli, better known as PJNK are the founders of BESTDAMNACHOS.

BESTDAMNACHOS truly are the best nachos in town! They’ve taken the traditional nacho to new heights! They’ve taken their special blend of gourmet cheeses, spices and savory meats which put the traditional nacho to shame. In fact, their nachos are so tasty that you won’t need to add any sour cream, guacamole, or peppers! You will get the full flavor in every bite!

Their nacho creations have been the talk of the town throughout Houston/Sugar Land and the surrounding areas. In the weeks to come, their BESTDAMNACHOS will come to you! Look for their trailer in your area and give them a try. You will not be disappointed. “WE AIN’T JUST MELTING CHEESE!” they said.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Anytime you embark upon a new adventure…. it will have its challenges and opportunities. Starting our new business has certainly been both! PJ and I never like to use the word struggle, but instead, we like to use the word opportunity.

It puts a positive spin on what appears to be impossible and if you have even a small chance to live out your dreams then the impossible does not exist. We have been working hard to gain and retain loyal customers and the people in the Houston/Sugarland area, including our out of state customers, have not let us down.

However, with any new business people just have to give you a try and decide for themselves. At BESTDAMNACHOS, we are sure people will come back to see us again and again! Our nachos are absolutely delicious! We offer such a variety of flavors that our customers will not be disappointed.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with BESTDAMNACHOS, LLC – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We are extremely proud of our family owned business! PJ and I cook everything together. We have amazing chemistry in the kitchen and we are always trying new creations. We specialize in queso.

The flavor of our queso is truly what sets us apart from everyone else. We have a beef queso which is very popular, but our chicken queso seems to be the favorite if you ask our customers, Every ingredient is fresh which means our queso is homemade.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We have major plans for the future, including taking our nacho business on the road. In the weeks to come, Houston and the surrounding areas will see our BESTDAMNACHOS trailer everywhere! We are in the process of stepping up our marketing and technology game so that our customers can order our nachos anytime!

We currently ship our nachos to a couple of states outside of Texas and we are looking to expand our shipping capabilities very soon to reach even more states.
