Hi Brianna, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
As early as my college days, I began working in hotels, starting in food and beverage operations where I quickly worked my way up. I later moved to Houston to complete my bachelor’s degree in marketing at University of Houston and landed a role as a hotel food and beverage supervisor. That opportunity eventually led me to a position at one of the most prestigious hotels in Houston, where I discovered my passion for events.
During my time in the hotel industry, I was fortunate to earn five promotions, each one bringing me deeper into the events world. I progressed from coordinating restaurant events and private buyouts to becoming an events manager, overseeing everything from 500-person galas to intimate 100-person weddings — and everything in between. Along the way, I realized how much I truly loved weddings and the joy that comes from seeing every detail come together to create such a meaningful and memorable day.
With encouragement from my sweet husband, I decided to take the leap and start my own business as a wedding coordinator, and I’ve been loving every minute of it ever since.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. Like many people in hospitality and events, I work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays while trying to grow in my event manager career and wedding coordination business at the same time.
Building something of my own was scary, and there were definitely moments of self-doubt. Building a brand, finding clients, and learning the business side of entrepreneurship all came with a learning curve. But every challenge along the way helped shape me into a stronger coordinator and business owner, and seeing couples genuinely enjoy one of the most important days of their lives makes it all worth it.

What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is making sure my couples can truly stay in the moment on their wedding day. Weddings go by so quickly, and I believe couples deserve to fully enjoy every second without worrying about timelines, vendors, or behind the scenes details.
My job is to take the stress off their shoulders so they can be fully present with the people they love most and focus on celebrating such an important milestone in their lives. From handling logistics to solving problems before they ever reach the couple, I want my clients to feel calm, supported, and confident throughout the entire day.
