Hi Heydy, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey in the beauty industry began over 16 years ago as a lash artist, driven by a genuine passion for helping people feel confident and beautiful. As my experience grew, so did my desire to share my knowledge with others. More than 13 years ago, I became an educator, and teaching has become one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
Throughout my journey, I’ve been guided by passion, dedication, and integrity. I’ve always believed that success comes from continuously learning, maintaining high standards, and genuinely caring about the people you serve. Whether I’m working with clients or mentoring aspiring lash artists, my goal is to elevate the industry by sharing quality education and inspiring others to build successful, sustainable careers.
Today, I’m proud of the impact I’ve made, but I still approach every day with the same enthusiasm that inspired me when I first started. I believe there’s always room to grow, innovate, and help others succeed.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like any entrepreneur, I’ve faced my share of challenges. Building a business takes resilience, and there were times when I had to navigate industry changes, economic uncertainty, and the demands of balancing education, client work, and business growth.
One of the biggest challenges has been staying true to my values in an industry that is constantly evolving. I’ve always prioritized quality, integrity, and proper education over shortcuts or trends. Sometimes that means taking the longer path, but I’ve never been willing to compromise on the standards I believe in.
Every obstacle has been an opportunity to learn and grow. Those experiences have made me a stronger business owner, educator, and mentor. Looking back, I’m grateful for the challenges because they’ve shaped not only my career but also the way I support and inspire my students today.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
I believe my greatest strength has been my dedication and refusal to give up. I’ve never been satisfied with simply following what everyone else was doing. Throughout my career, I’ve constantly questioned, tested, refined, and improved my techniques to achieve better results for both artists and clients.
That dedication led me to develop my own lash application methodology “MasterLite” one that focuses on efficiency without ever compromising the health of the natural lashes. I wanted to create a system that allows artists to work smarter while consistently delivering beautiful, long-lasting results in the healthiest way possible.
Success doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from showing up every day, staying committed to your vision, and continuing to improve even after years in the industry. After more than 16 years, I’m still learning, innovating, and looking for ways to raise the standard of lash artistry and education. I believe that commitment to excellence is what has made the biggest difference in my journey.
