Brandy, we’d love to hear your story and how you got to where you are today both personally and as an artist.
I like to create unique stories through images. I’m a native Houstonian and Howard University graduate, 5 years ago I was gifted my first camera and have since been inspired by everything around me. I enjoy making people feel beautiful and capturing moments through my lens. My goal is to make my clients visions come to life and surpass their imaginations.
We’d love to hear more about your art. What do you do you do and why and what do you hope others will take away from your work?
My work is largely shaped by the people and places around me. Highlighting beauty in African American culture is important to me because I often feel like representation is rare and often not positive. My goal is to have people take away beauty comes in all shapes in sizes, everyone is a model!
How can artists connect with other artists?
