Today we’d like to introduce you to Concetta Bang.
Hi Concetta, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey into the party industry started long before I ever owned a business. I grew up in Venezuela in a very creative family. My mom and my uncle owned a party rental business, so I was surrounded by celebrations, decorations, and event planning from a young age. Watching them create memorable experiences for families inspired me, and crafting has always been a big part of my life.
I studied Accounting, and in 2015 I moved to the United States to start a new chapter. Starting over in a new country wasn’t easy, but it taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of hard work. In 2017, I got married, and later we were blessed with our twin boys.
When my children were born, I discovered a new passion. I started designing and decorating all of their birthday parties myself. I loved every part of the creative process—from brainstorming themes and making decorations to creating personalized party favors and balloon décor. That’s when I realized I wanted to turn my passion into something bigger.
In 2024, my family and I moved to Lubbock, Texas, and I knew it was the perfect opportunity to use all the skills I had developed over the years to build something of our own. That’s how Bing Bang Fiesta was born.
What makes Bing Bang Fiesta different is that we’re more than just a party rental company. We wanted to create a true one-stop shop where families can find everything they need to celebrate in one place. We help our clients with party planning, brainstorming ideas, balloon décor, custom party favors, bounce houses, soft play, tables, chairs, backdrops, and so much more.
Whether it’s a birthday party, wedding, baby shower, gender reveal, graduation, school event, or corporate celebration, our goal is to make the planning process easy and stress-free while creating unforgettable memories.
Our mission is simple: to help families celebrate life’s most important moments and truly elevate every celebration.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but every challenge has taught me something valuable.
Starting a business from scratch in a new city where no one knows you is never easy. When we moved to Lubbock, we had to build our reputation from the ground up. Every customer had to trust us without knowing our work, so we focused on providing outstanding customer service and making every event feel special.
Like many small business owners, we’ve faced financial challenges. Every dollar we’ve earned has gone right back into the business to purchase new inventory, improve our equipment, and expand the services we offer. There were times when growth felt slow, and it was hard to stay patient, but we believed in our vision.
One of the biggest challenges has been wearing so many hats. As a small family business, I’m involved in almost everything—meeting with clients, creating balloon décor, designing custom party favors, managing bookings, marketing on social media, cleaning equipment, and planning events. It can be overwhelming, but seeing the joy on our customers’ faces makes it all worthwhile.
Balancing entrepreneurship with motherhood has also been a challenge. Raising twin boys while growing a business requires a lot of organization, sacrifice, and support from my family. There are long days and late nights, but my children are one of my biggest motivations. I want them to grow up seeing that with hard work, determination, and faith, anything is possible.
Every obstacle has made us stronger. Instead of seeing challenges as setbacks, I’ve learned to see them as opportunities to improve, adapt, and keep moving forward. Building Bing Bang Fiesta has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but it has also been one of the most rewarding.
We’ve been impressed with Bing Bang Fiesta LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Bing Bang Fiesta is a family-owned party rental and event styling company dedicated to making celebrations unforgettable and stress-free. We believe every milestone—whether it’s a first birthday, wedding, baby shower, gender reveal, graduation, school event, church gathering, or corporate event—deserves to be celebrated in a special way.
What truly sets us apart is that we’re a one-stop shop. Instead of having to coordinate with multiple vendors, our clients can find everything they need in one place. We offer bounce houses, water slides, soft play areas, tables, chairs, balloon décor, backdrops, custom party favors, event styling, and personalized party planning. We love helping clients brainstorm ideas and bring their vision to life from start to finish.
Creativity has always been part of who I am. Growing up in a family involved in the party rental industry taught me that every event tells a story. Today, I combine that lifelong passion with my own experience designing celebrations to create events that are beautiful, unique, and personalized for each client.
As a small family business, we take pride in building relationships with our customers. We focus on honest communication, reliability, clean and safe equipment, and exceptional customer service. We don’t just deliver party rentals—we help create memories that families will treasure for years to come.
What I’m most proud of is the trust we’ve built in our community. Many of our customers come back to us for multiple celebrations and recommend us to their friends and family. That means more to me than anything because it tells me we’re making a positive impact.
Looking ahead, our vision is to become the most trusted party rental and event styling company in West Texas while continuing to grow our inventory, expand our services, and make celebrating easier for every family.

What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I was always creative and loved making things with my hands. Creativity wasn’t just a hobby—it was part of who I was. Before moving to the United States, I was a jewelry designer in Venezuela, creating unique, handcrafted pieces. My designs were featured in interviews on several television programs, which was an incredible experience and gave me the confidence to pursue my creative passions.
I also grew up in a family involved in the party rental industry. My mom and my uncle owned a party rental business, so I was surrounded by celebrations, decorations, and event planning from a young age. Looking back, those experiences planted the seeds for what would eventually become Bing Bang Fiesta.
While I studied Accounting, I’ve always enjoyed combining creativity with organization. I love taking an idea and turning it into something beautiful while making sure every detail is thoughtfully planned. That balance has become one of my greatest strengths as a business owner.
After becoming a mom, I started designing and decorating my children’s birthday parties myself. I realized how much joy I found in creating magical experiences for my family, and when we moved to Lubbock, Texas, I knew it was time to turn that passion into a business.
Today, every event we create reflects that same creative spirit. Whether it’s designing balloon installations, styling a party, or helping a family bring their vision to life, I still feel the same excitement I did when I was designing jewelry years ago. Creativity has always been at the heart of everything I do, and I feel grateful that I now get to use it to help families celebrate some of life’s most meaningful moments.
