Daily Inspiration: Meet Nadasha Egans

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nadasha Egans.

Hi Nadasha, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I began my career as a hairstylist nearly a decade ago. As a junior in high school, while everyone around me was planning for college, I realized my path would look different. I had already fallen in love with hairstyling, spending afternoons doing my classmates’ hair and perfecting my own. It wasn’t just a hobby; it was the first thing I could truly see myself dedicating my life to.

For more than five years, I built a career around that passion. But as time passed, what once inspired me began to feel routine. Rather than ignore that feeling, I embraced it as an invitation to grow. That’s when I followed my second passion: real estate.

Since then, I’ve worn many hats. From transaction coordinator to executive assistant, and now real estate agent. Each role has sharpened my ability to serve people, solve problems, and build meaningful relationships. Looking back, every chapter has prepared me for the one I’m writing now.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been a smooth road, but growth rarely is. I’m naturally an over thinker, and have always held myself to high standards, often striving for perfection. The transition from the hair industry, to real estate was definitely a little bumpy. Over time, I’ve learned that success is never linear. Career transitions come with uncertainty, setbacks, and moments that challenge your confidence. But those obstacles aren’t roadblocks, they’re lessons. Every challenge has shaped my perspective, strengthened my resilience, and prepared me for the opportunities ahead. I’ve come to realize that growth happens not despite the difficult moments, but because of them.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a Houston-based REALTOR® specializing in residential real estate, helping clients buy, sell, lease, and invest with confidence. I also provide apartment locating services for those seeking the perfect place to call home. My primary markets include Katy, Sugar Land, Richmond, Cypress, and Rosenberg, Texas.

My mission is simple: to help others build wealth and create opportunities through real estate. What sets me apart is my commitment to educating my clients, advocating for their best interests, and building relationships rooted in trust. I believe every transaction is more than a sale. It’s a stepping stone toward someone’s future, and I’m honored to be part of that journey.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
I’m incredibly grateful for the mentors and teams that have shaped my journey. The first brokerage I joined, The Golden Eye Group in San Antonio, gave me a strong foundation in a short amount of time. Sharice and Misty were exceptional leaders whose knowledge, guidance, and professionalism set the standard for the kind of agent I wanted to become.

Today, I’m proud to be part of Third Coast Realty, where the support and training have been nothing short of exceptional. Saad, Monique, and Katherine have invested in my growth, challenged me to improve, and equipped me with the tools to succeed. Their mentorship has played a significant role in my development, and I’m grateful to be surrounded by a team that is genuinely committed to helping one another thrive.
