Retired computer scientist with over 40 years in corporate America

Have been collecting art for over 40 years

Have visited every state in the US & many many galleries & museums

social entrepreneur and economic developer

Purchased a national historic landmark. The Virden-Patton House. January 2024

This is a community space that focuses on but not limited to visual and musical artists enrichment. A space for the creatives

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road to get to this point.

I served as the general contractor a labor for this project.

First four months were spent clearing the over growth away from house

The downtown area was at the start of rebuilding reinvesting. MANY HOMELESS PEOPLE ISSUES.

Threats on life
Laptop cell phone stolen
Other items stolen

I was the 1st to bring this business concept to the city

As a computer scientist with over 40 years in corporate. America I have worked with several fortune 500 companies, small groups & even had my own computer business for years in California, Louisiana & Mississippi.

I was building and selling robot to pharmacies over 25 years ago.

Taught post secondary school in L A

I did nuclear cyber security the last 15 years of my career.

Through all of that I was collecting art.

What are your plans for the future?
My plan is to continue to grow my business.

Grow my art sales

Grow my venue rentals

Add food & beverage component to the space
