Meet Trailblazer Karla Leal

Today we’d like to introduce you to Karla Leal.

Karla is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, philanthropist, wellness advocate and an unshakable optimist dedicated to helping organizations with marketing strategies and business solutions to drive incremental growth. She also loves enjoying quality time with her daughter, connecting with like-minded people, spending time in nature, practicing yoga, practicing mindful living and eating, and playing with her two little dogs.

After spending several years in the United States sharpening her marketing and business development skills, Karla’s passion for health and wellness made her pursue diverse continuous education courses and certification within this field. Being a multi-passionate entrepreneur, enabled Karla to mix her talents, education, and experience to better serve small and medium-sized businesses in the health and wellness industries with marketing and business solutions strategies. Karla received her MBA from the University of St Thomas in 2010 in Houston and worked at local recognized firms within various industries including Oil and Gas, business services, wellness, healthcare and advertising in the areas of Marketing, Branding, Procurement, and Product & Business Development.

This is truly an advantage as the founder Karla Leal has a Hispanic background, a deep passion for wellness, a deep understanding of Marketing and has a vast number of resources and business connections in Latin America as well as in Houston.

Karla supports local business and non-profit organizations, especially those which advocate for single moms, as she believes single moms deserve support to succeed in their careers and personal lives. Karla continuously supports these organizations by donating a portion of the company revenues every year.

Karla’s free time is dedicated to helping busy women to lose weight and create a healthier lifestyle. She founded Blooming Nutrition a couple of years ago to be able to share another type of experiences with women who wish to be empowered on a personal & professional level through mindful eating and living.

Her newest project is Margaritas & Mimosas TV-YouTube channel, dedicated to promoting wellness and wellness empowerment and happiness among women.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
First, trust God then in yourself.

We need to have self-confidence, self-love and a high self-esteem to be able to take action towards our goals and dreams. Once we achieve this, with God and health everything is possible!

The road to success is determined also by how much we are willing to persevere, constantly work on our personal growth, have a positive attitude and a permanent sense of gratitude.

I serve small business owners who are interested on a personalized and caring team when it comes to their marketing needs. We create growth through Marketing solutions and strategies. Our team is specialized in diverse areas such as: branding, website development, video & inbound marketing, social media & LinkedIn strategies & management, lead and sales generation strategies, multicultural marketing, translation services, one on one & group training and other customized services.

We also interact on behalf of our clients or carry out diverse functions for their businesses. In some cases, some of our clients are full time employees and entrepreneurs who have a parallel small businesses. Sometimes they need a person in front of their customers or to do business development for them. We can meet with our clients’ clients on their behalf and take care of most sales, business development operations for them so our clients can rest assure all their business needs are met.
