Today we’d like to introduce you to Meagan Copelin and Davonte Logan, MBA.
Kick things off for us please. What’s the Mighty Morphing HR Changers story?
Meagan is an 80’s baby. Davonte is a 90’s baby (fist pumps for the 1990 babies) and the original “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” was THE BEST SHOW EVER! I mean let’s face it, a bunch of teenage kids “morphin” into lifesize superheroes was any and everything a 4-year-old could ask for in ‘94, right!?.
So, given that our profession is Human Resources, we decided to branch out and start something fun, dynamic, yet meaningful for those individuals in our field and those looking to branch out and begin a rewarding career as an HR practitioner. We once were in the beginning stages of our career in search of that right opportunity and probably wondered many times, who can help me? Well, our platform is meant to help others, by providing tips and resources, courses, coaching and consulting, to give back and afford those the opportunity to develop and prosper in their careers.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road is never smooth when branching out and starting a new business venture. There are many obstacles that challenge business owners. It is about never giving up and believing in yourself.
