Meet Marvin Atkins of SuperVision in Southwest

Today we’d like to introduce you to Marvin Atkins.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Marvin. So, let’s start at the beginning, and we can move on from there.
I started the company once I graduated from Michigan Technological University in 2010.

Relocating from Chicago to Houston was, in fact, one of the toughest, yet best decisions I ever made. It was tough to start over in a different market from which I grew up and knew a lot of the city, to a place I had only visited a few times. Going out meeting people, companies, and business owners allowed me to build my name and brand.

Once my work was seen while working with some of the local talents. It allowed my resume’ to build and my accolades as well. Building brands and companies from a management as well as a marketing standpoint. From not being known to being nominated as a small business company of the year 2017. Now being nominated as manager of the year 2018.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
One of the largest obstacles during this time frame has been building a brand in a city from the ground. You have to make the connections, then show them your work. Sometimes others don’t care to see your work if they hadn’t heard of you. To answer your question, no, things have not been any by any means.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with SuperVision – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
SuperVision is a management and marketing firm that puts structure to individuals and companies. Everything in business has to be managed and marketed. We focus on the intangibles and all things that aren’t glorified or can be seen by the public.

We are known for assisting companies/individuals with building by accomplishing goals that we ultimately help put in place. As a company, we are most proud of all the clients we have and currently work with. Clients such as Dj Lyve who appeared on 106 & Park, Lil Bri of The Rap Game and The Four on Fox. Aysia Garza of Bad Girls Club. OG Ron C 1/2 of the founders of the record label Swisha House and several other clients that have had major success.
