Today we’d like to introduce you to Ryan Taylor
Hi Ryan, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Ryan Taylor, I am a recovering alcoholic and drug addict, husband to Erin, father to Chase, stepfather to Shepard, owner of east end barber, barber dyad instructor at edison middle school, and singer of liberty & justice. I would not have this fruitful, fulfilling life if it weren’t for the 12 steps of alcoholics anonymous.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Nothing worthwhile is ever entirely smooth. Often times the reward can be found in the struggle.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I own and cut hair at east end barber on telephone rd. Been open for a little over 9 years. Incredibly grateful to do something I love for a living
Any big plans?
Working on opening another barber shop in the heights some time in the future
