Today we’d like to introduce you to Brenna Gabaldon.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I didn’t set out to become an entrepreneur. I was a surgical Physician Assistant, trained to focus, to suture, to steady my hands and stay calm when things got messy. But somewhere between back-to-back cases and long days under fluorescent lights, I realized something was missing.
I wasn’t helping people feel whole—I was patching them up and sending them off. I missed the human part. The confidence part. The transformational part.
It started with a conversation in the break room. A nurse mentioned how she wanted Botox but didn’t have time to go across town. Another scrub tech chimed in: “You’d kill it if you offered that. I’d book you in a heartbeat.”
That idea sat with me.
I knew the science. I understood anatomy better than most injectors. I had steady hands and a deep belief in safety and education. But I also saw a bigger gap—people in my community wanted access to aesthetics without the time commitment, the pressure, or the intimidation of walking into a big med spa.
So I took a chance.
I enrolled in training courses. I practiced on mannequins. I borrowed product from mentors and bribed my friends. I started injecting after hours, in their living rooms and kitchens—explaining every step, answering every question, never rushing. I started an LLC and partnered with a med spa compliance company. Word spread. I showed up with my medical bag, clean gloves, a portable ring light, and a quiet confidence.
I called it Rêverie. A daydream. A chance to connect with people and provide a dream-like state of beauty and confidence.
I keep the business lean. Nights, weekends, or whenever I or my clients have a window. My car is my mobile clinic. I book all my own appointments and do all the back office work. I wrote my own consent forms with the help of my medical director. Designed every bit of branding to reflect trust, education, and warmth—not perfection.
I treat teachers, busy moms, nurses, businesspeople. Those who feel overlooked or too busy. And slowly, they began to trust me—glowing from the inside out.
I continue to serve my clients from a mobile unit I custom-built: providing neurotoxin and dermal filler in a private, comfortable, clean environment. I go where they are. I meet them in their space. I remind them their vibrance doesn’t have to wait for a free weekday, a fancy address, or a big paycheck.
While I built a business, I also built a way for people to feel seen—wherever they are.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting from scratch taught me everything: grit, grace, boundaries, and belief. I didn’t come from a business background—I came from the OR.
As a surgical Physician Assistant, I was used to protocols, order, and structure. But starting a mobile aesthetic business? That was chaos wrapped in ambition. What I didn’t realize is that belief doesn’t build a business—execution does. And execution tested me.
At first, it was just me, my medical bag, and a folding chair in someone’s living room. I was juggling patients, charting, medical supply orders, and trying to figure out how to build a website after midnight with YouTube tutorials and way too much coffee. I’d leave a 10-hour hospital shift, drive to a client’s house, inject for 30 minutes, and then drive back home to restock my medical bag and overthink my technique.
There were times I doubted everything.
I second-guessed my pricing—was it too much? Too little? Would people trust me without a storefront?
There were nights I cried over canceled appointments, expiring product, and the overwhelming pressure of trying to do everything perfectly. Some weeks, I didn’t make a dime.
But if I wasn’t failing, I wasn’t trying. So I kept going. I got better systems. Streamlined my protocols. Reinvested every penny. Upgraded from folding chair to a custom mobile treatment space. Took courses on branding, business, and marketing. Every failure became feedback. Every challenge shaped me.
Between a full time surgical PA job and my aesthetics business, I still hustle. But I hustle with heart. Because I didn’t just build a business—I built trust. I built a space where people could feel safe, cared for, and empowered in their own skin.
It wasn’t easy. But I wouldn’t trade the struggle. It made me the kind of provider—and woman—I am today.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I run a concierge aesthetics practice that brings high-quality cosmetic treatments directly to my clients—on their time, in their space. Whether it’s at home, the office, or a private event, I make beauty convenient, comfortable, and personal.
I specialize in neurotoxins like Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau, as well as dermal fillers that enhance natural features with subtle, artful precision. I also offer special event services like “Sip & Smooth” parties, giving clients a chance to treat themselves with friends in a fun and relaxing environment.
What sets me apart is the ability to meet people where they feel most comfortable—physically and emotionally. Being in their own space allows clients to open up in a way they might not in a traditional clinic setting. It creates a safe, relaxed environment where they can be honest about their goals, concerns, and what confidence truly looks like for them. Additionally, my practice is grounded in medical expertise with an artistic eye, and I pride myself on results that are natural, refreshed, and research-backed.
Brand-wise, I’m proud of creating a luxury experience that’s approachable. The vibe is elevated but never intimidating, and my clients know me for being flexible, engaging, and results-driven. I want readers to know: when you book with me, you’re not just getting a treatment—you’re getting personalized care, medical safety, and aesthetic excellence delivered wherever you are.
What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is creating genuine connections and helping people feel confident, empowered, and truly cared for—whether they’re healing from surgery or exploring aesthetic treatments. Through my work with both surgical patients and aesthetic clients, I’ve learned that every person’s journey is deeply personal. Some are recovering from procedures and need compassion and reassurance; others are seeking subtle enhancements that reflect how they feel inside. In both cases, I meet people at vulnerable, often emotional moments—and that trust means everything to me. Being able to support their transformation, inside and out, is the most meaningful part of what I do.
