Today we’d like to introduce you to Solé Lynds.
Hi Solé , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I was born in Venezuela, and at 18 I moved to England to study English the beginning of a life lived across five continents. My career started in oil & gas logistics, where I learned to manage complex supply chains and global operations. Over the years, this path led me through the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia, working in sales and business development across wine, hospitality, and luxury brands.
Along the way, I discovered a passion for building systems behind the scenes helping companies set up their CRM, HubSpot, and operational workflows to elevate their sales and structure. What began as curiosity eventually became another way I supported businesses and created new streams of income.
After completing my MBA, I moved to Paris, earned my Master’s in Wine, and opened my own wine shop. Although the shop later closed, it didn’t stop me it shifted me. Today, I work as an international sales and Supply Chain Consultant, blending my global experience with my love for culture, wine, and conscious living through my brand, Solé Lynds.
Empowerment is at the center of everything I do not just for women, but for all human beings. As a mother of boys, it’s important to me that they grow with empathy, purpose, and the understanding that everyone has their own power.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road at all. My life has taken me across continents, and while each country has given me incredible opportunities, it also meant starting over from zero again and again. Rebuilding my career, my network, my identity, and my stability in a new place is empowering, but it’s also exhausting. I learned to be strong because I have no other choice.
One of my hardest moments was the closure of my wine shop in Paris. It wasn’t just a business; it was a dream, a symbol of everything I had fought for. Watching it fall apart was heartbreaking it felt like losing a piece of myself. But that failure forced me to dig deeper, to understand who I am as a leader, a mother, a creator, and a businesswoman.
And that’s when I realized something powerful:
Starting over isn’t a setback it’s a skill.
Every challenge has made me more strategic, more resilient, and more aligned with my purpose. It’s why today I can help businesses grow, restructure, elevate their systems, and operate with clarity, because I’ve lived what reinvention truly feels like.
My struggles didn’t weaken me; they expanded me. They taught me to rise, to adapt, and to lead with compassion and strength. And that’s the energy I bring into everything I do.

I’m also excited to share that I am the author of “Table 8 – Selling is Life”, a project that will be launched soon and reflects my belief that sales, connection, and human stories are deeply intertwined.

What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is humanity how we treat each other, how we show up, and how we choose to grow. As a mother of two boys, I feel a deep responsibility to raise them with compassion, a sense of service, and the humility to remember that we are all human beings navigating similar challenges in different ways.
One of my life philosophies, half joke, half strategy is imagining “the Queen in the most human moment.” It reminds me every day that no matter our titles or success, we are all the same. It keeps my ego grounded and my heart open.
I am a human being working for human beings, trying to build a better future, not just for myself, but for the older version of me, for my children, and for anyone who crosses my path. Being a mother isn’t only a gift; it’s the purest way I can serve others: by raising boys who understand love, empathy, and the power of lifting others as they rise. Sole Lynds
