Hi Manny, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My life’s purpose has always been to construct things but my development as a person emerged from my early entry into the world and my encounters with experienced individuals. My education at the University of Houston as a Civil Engineering student has been supplemented by the lessons I learned from construction sites and boardroom discussions and the guidance of mentors who dedicated their time to teach me. The mentors showed me how to identify chances that others would view as dangers while teaching me to advance through uncharted territory.
I started working on various projects which required me to develop quickly. The early part of my career involved handling various responsibilities that exceeded my initial readiness including deal management and material procurement and team coordination and handling unanticipated problems which affected financial outcomes. The ability to adapt and ask meaningful questions and maintain curiosity proved equally important to technical expertise in my professional development. The combination of my achievements and failures developed my ability to make better decisions while building my self-assurance.
The combination of practical experience and mentorship from experienced leaders motivated me to establish my own business. As Co-Chief Executive Officer at Darshan Investments LLC I utilize my industry expertise with strategic vision to execute growth initiatives and execute large-scale concepts. My main objective centers on execution because I transform concepts into tangible results through efficient resource management and creative sustainable solutions.
The long-term vision of creating enduring value while assisting others motivates me because mentors provided me with their support during my development. My life story demonstrates how I maintain determination while seeking knowledge and building relationships with people who motivate. The accumulation of deals and challenges and relationships leads me toward creating a future that brings me pride through my project development.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The journey has been full of challenges. I experienced numerous failures during my initial period which I choose to forget. The start of my journey involved multiple failed deals and unmet project expectations which made me doubt my ability to succeed in this demanding field. People expressed their doubts about my leadership skills and my experience level and my ability to handle my new responsibilities. The initial hearing of such criticism proved difficult to accept yet it eventually became my driving force. I repeated to myself a piece of advice which stated that failure exists alongside success as an integral part of achieving success. I transformed my failures and doubts into learning opportunities which helped me develop my abilities and demonstrate my potential for high-quality work. Each failure taught me valuable lessons which turned my doubts into obstacles to defeat and every challenge made me stronger and more capable.
We’ve been impressed with Darshan Investments, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Darshan Investments LLC operates as a construction company which focuses on developing physical structures and meaningful connections between people. Our organization works to identify valuable properties which we transform into functional and enduring spaces through strategic business methods and sustainable design principles. The company stands out through its purposeful construction activities rather than its building projects. Property development represents more than financial returns because it generates meaningful social value according to my business philosophy. I have dedicated my life to developing spaces which unite people beyond their differences through environments that foster happiness and social connection. The objective of our development projects includes hotels and mixed-use properties and community spaces which create instant welcoming and inspiring experiences for visitors.
The development of my business perspective required support from multiple individuals. I have been blessed to meet individuals who taught me new perspectives about business operations and leadership methods. Daniel Cardozo showed me that execution with determination leads to progress no matter what challenges lie ahead. Through his guidance Jasim Khan demonstrated how strategic planning combined with calculated risk-taking produces better results. Zahra Allana demonstrated to me that proper systems and structures enable ambitious goals to grow sustainably. The three individuals played essential roles in developing my current approach to business expansion and social impact.

What are your plans for the future?
The future of Darshan Investments will focus on developing a brand identity which establishes itself as a destination developer beyond property construction. Our current development activities include a Stafford Texas project which will introduce new hospitality options to the area and Rosenberg development work and Edinburg Texas property renovation to achieve modern design standards.
My vision extends beyond the current plans. I aim to create a flagship property which will match the level of The Post Oak Hotel and Thompson Hotels through its bold luxurious design and community focus and accessible welcoming atmosphere. The establishment serves as a meeting point for people who seek both its visual appeal and its vibrant atmosphere of social connection, it will be remembered as Manny’s Hotel Collection
The path to success requires me to expand my business operations through deliberate growth while pursuing ambitious goals. Our organization advances toward its mission by executing each new project which establishes new benchmarks for quality and purpose and impact.
