Hi Alicia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am an HR veteran of over a decade. I am a former executive recruiter with experience in hiring for over 40 different industries. I have a passion for helping professionals leveling up in their careers. I have seen a lot of people making the same mistakes so I have decided to use my expertise to empower the underpaid and unfulfilled professionals to advance in their job search and their career. I am having also been giving the privilege to host career & professional development workshops all over the world.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There have been some challenges along the road but they were mostly in my own mind. I had to overcome self-doubt, imposter syndrome, fear, and learn to fully trust in God that with him all things are possible.

My company, Alicia Perkins & Co., has helped over a thousand professionals land rewarding careers through resume writing, interview prep, career coaching, professional branding, and other career services. We also offer services to organizations and corporations such as workshop facilitation in career & professional development. What sets me apart from others is that I have experienced sitting in the hiring seat and know what it takes to make candidate marketability. I genuinely care about the success of my clients. I am most proud of my brand because we have helped professionals all over the spectrum. From entry-level to CEO’s. We have helped all nationalities and ages become successful in their career path. We offer resume writing, interview coaching, professional branding, LinkedIn optimization, and career coaching.
What does success mean to you?
For me, success is when your life is in full alignment with the will of God for your life. Many may define success by material gain but I don’t want to judge my success based upon things that can change in a moment. Success is when I am able to operate outside of my comfort zone and see myself working in areas I never thought imaginable. Success comes when all limiting beliefs and fears are gone.
