Today we’d like to introduce you to Rose Feliciano.
Hi Rose, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Before I created my Media Agency, I was an Influencer. Well, still am! I love everything Social Media. I really enjoyed sharing my love for social media and also just being creative. As I started to grow my following, I had a few of my friends who had businesses and wanted my input on them, and of course I would help them! I started to find a love of the “marketing and operations” side of things. During Covid, I really took the time to grow my social media business. At first, I would just help with posting a few times a week of so. Then I met my photographer Cydney (@cidaknee) and we found a passion for creating Brand Photoshoots for upcoming businesses. The more and more I helped bringing their vision to life, the more I wanted to help other businesses. My mission is to assist as many business owners as much as possible to create the level of content that brings impact and that supports their brand vision and scale their business!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I think every entrepreneur goes through doubts and challenges on what they should focus on and thrive on. However, I love of so many things. I am a Multi passionate entrepreneur, which is a real thing! I was struggling with just sticking to one thing which was Social Media Management for Instagram. However I was in love with so many things, I enjoyed brand photoshoots, content creation, events, and so much more. That’s when I decided to create my own Media Agency called Embrace Agency.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Embrace Agency! My mission is to assist as many business owners as much as possible to create the level of content that brings impact and that supports their brand vision and scale their business! As an agency, we bring so much more to my clients then social media assistance. We understand how lonely entrepreneurship can be. We are here to support and guide. My team and I can provide events, content photography, content creation and so much more. Although I love to help scaled businesses, I have created a Pateron for business owners who aren’t quite ready in their business to invest in my services, so I have 1:1 sessions with them and create a social media game plan. There is so much more that Embrace Agency can provide, and I am excited to share!
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Patience! If you are willing to be patient, and you can understand that, in everything, there are failures and frustrations.
