Veronica, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’m a wife and mother of two boys from The Woodlands, Texas. We have been in the Financial Industry for 17 years.
I’m an Executive of Diamond Leadership Development, a financial marketing firm. I am passionate about what we do. I am driven by helping families and businesses become financially independent and educated through our products and services.
As a woman in the financial industry, my mission is to continue to develop strong women leaders. Who can continue to pave the way for a new generation.
I aspire to live by the five pillars; Faith, Family, Finances, Fitness and Fun. I want to continue to be an example that Entrepreneurs don’t have to choose between success and family because if you build your business around your family, you can be successful at both.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
In the financial industry, some obstacles we have seen:
1. People understanding the value of planning and meeting with a licensed professional
2. Building and retaining good agents

Our mission is to continue to impact and change lives. Through our business, we are able to mentor other men and women who want to get into the financial industry.
Our purpose of ‘No Family Left Behind’ moves us to talk too and educate as many people as we can.
Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
When an opportunity comes knocking, be open and take the opportunity, work for it, challenge yourself, believe in yourself, take the risk and run with it.
Find a mentor who can guide you, who have already achieved their goals.
