Today we’d like to introduce you to Angelica Young.
Hi Angelica, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started balloons in 2019 because of my God Daughter. It was her first birthday and I saw some super cute ideas for the party and wanted to give it a try! For the best the next year year and a half I did family and friends balloons for any and all occasions to gain practice and learn more about my style. I have now been doing balloons professionally for the last year. I am so grateful for all of the wonderful clients that have allowed me to be a small part of their memories.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Some challenges I have faced are finding my ideal client while also serving everyone. Balloons bring me happiness and I would like to bring that same joy to everyone! I am able to do this by offering something for everyone’s price range whether that’s a smaller balloon bouquet, a crazy tower, or a custom mosaic. I have also faced challenges in finding my style and how I want to show my creativity through my balloons. I continue to grow and I feel like it shows through my work.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a luxury balloon artist – I specialize in all things balloons! I am known for creating amazing balloons to add that extra wow factor to every occasion. I am most proud of how I have grown in my style of balloons and learned what I love and that I get to enjoy doing what I love always.
What sets me apart from others is my style, business setup, and customer service. I want every person to enjoy balloons for all occasions so I have something for every budget. I pride myself on raving fans so customer service is my top priority.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
I love the community in my city we all join together and help out and support each other. I can not think of anything I dislike about our city.
