Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Walton.
Can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today. You can include as little or as much detail as you’d like.
I’ve always had a heart to serve and worship God. Even as a child, although I didn’t fully understand, I felt that God had a purpose and a plan for my life. As a young adult, I started on a journey to pursue and identify my purpose. Being that God has blessed me with the gift to sing, I thought I would pursue a career in entertainment. At the age of 19, I moved to Atlanta, GA to do just that, but I quickly figured out that was not the road I wanted to travel. I returned home and started singing and serving at my local church. As I began to grow in Christ and develop a closer relationship with Him, something started stirring on the inside of me.
In 2017, the vision of what God had purposed for my life became clear when I gave birth to our son. I would worship God through songs while bonding with him. This was an intimate experience that God revealed to me, as I thought about how I could bridge the gap of expressing love for God between me and my son. Consequently, I begin to share these special moments on Instagram. As my hunger for God grew deeper, He gave me the vision of creating a space with resources for all ages, where they can freely praise and worship God together. In August 2020, I launched Humnos which was birthed out of the desire to build a worship culture.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not a smooth road at all! Humnos is only six months old. Being an entrepreneur is still very new to me and I’ve faced many challenges simply trying to get my business launched, but I’m thankful for the lessons I’m learning along the way. I am also extremely grateful to have support from mentors, friends, family members, and sometimes strangers who pour into me and give me the wisdom that I need which makes the journey easier.

We are a modern Christian lifestyle brand. Humnos online store offers apparel, books, and music. Our latest release is the ABC’S II Worship children’s book. I am most proud that Humnos is a brand that encourage the boldness of a worship lifestyle.
