Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandon Flores.
Hi Brandon, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My partner and I, BIGG MIKE, planned a non-profit and began organizing an event for the community in Austin, Texas. This event generally is for the improvement of those impoverished communities by way of building capital. This was going to be done by helping provide access to various resources. We were about done wrapping up details, then COVID hit. Once COVID hit we hit the drawing board and during that time during the lockdown, my partner and I would Zoom almost every day creating our LLC known as BIGG FACCZ. A multi-level entertainment industry based here in Central Texas.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Once we filed the paperwork and got accepted for the LLC, major obstacles were overcome and goals were accomplished. Being from public housing for my partner and I; something like this was never told to us in school, but it is something we had to envision ourselves. After everything we have been through Lord’s blessing brought us to the time, and we are now alive in being owners and CEOs of BIGG FACCZ. Since the birth of the company, we have gone through many growing pains as any business goes through. Through the process, it has refined and strengthened the company to have us placed where we are today.
As you know, we’re big fans of BIGG FACCZ. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
BIGG FACCZ is a multi-level entertainment industry that provides opportunities and resources to all creatives, individuals, businesses, and various entities alike. Some of our various branches of the company are found in music production, audio engineering, talent development, visual production, data mining, marketing, and business assessments for those who participate in the culture industry (night economy). We, here at BIGG FACCZ, can help develop and deliver various pieces of cultural content as well as apply evaluation of those who participate in the entertainment industry. BIGG FACCZ delivers and unapologetic truth to the masses. Allowing authenticity to shine above all else. Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I was always anxious. I always had to watch my back because of the upbringing I lived in as a youth. Growing up, everyone was a part of something. Everything under the sun people done where I come from. I never thought I would live too long; always had anger in me. Now and then, mentally, I could get away but reality never was far from me. During it all, I always appreciated music and the various arts. Never really appreciated school. When my mother died at 16 she told me many a time she wanted me to go to college. After her death, all of my energy went towards making music and playing football. I started performing at different shows in and outside of high school. I got accepted to the University of Texas at San Antonio and was truly given the opportunity to take my life in a different direction. I attended for my Bachelor’s and my Master’s in Sociology and am currently in the doctoral program in Applied Demography. During my time in San Antonio, I continued creating music as well as getting a Minor in Audio Technology at UTSA. Nowadays, I feel like a different person and definitely living in a different situation. Just grateful for everything that has happened and for what’s to come.
