Meet Aliana Stafford of Better Homes & Garden Gary Green Real Estate

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aliana Stafford.

Hi Aliana, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I move to Houston fresh out of college in 2013. I began my journey working in the local luxury retail department stores and Boutiques. My keen fashion sense and great interpersonal skills aided in my success. It didn’t take long for my entrepreneurial desires to inspire me to start my own freelance business. I launched my company Labels and Life and offered my personal services as a stylist, personal shopper, and image consultant.

I was inspired to become a Realtor through my successes as a top producing seller in the luxury retail industry. My innate desire to help people began to outgrow my reach in retail; and I was motivated to enter the realm of real estate.

I now pride myself of being a seasoned Realtor working with the household name of Better Homes & Gardens. My office at the Better Homes & Gardens Gary Greene Real Estate office in The Heights. It is my mission as a Realtor to make your buying, selling, or renting experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The real estate industry is far from a smooth ride, but is all the more worth it. The biggest obstacle in my opinion is remaining disciplined and honoring your schedule.

As a Realtor, there is a very broad spectrum, and many routes to success. Learning the plan/method that works for you is critical. Finding your “groove” is simply one step to success tho, the biggest factor to gettin’ there is discipline.

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My favorite childhood memories would be holidays and birthdays. I was a very spoiled kid so receiving excess love, attention, and gifts was always a highlight for me. Lol
