Today we’d like to introduce you to Alissa Rose.
Hi Alissa, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
When I bought my first camera, it was mainly to photograph my children. After shooting a few sessions for friends, I quickly realized my passion for photography.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Luckily, it has! I have been blessed with so much love and support, I’m continually amazed by my clients.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specialize in boudoir. My passion is in showing women that their femininity isn’t a weak point- it’s what makes them strong. 90% of the women I work with are new moms, most within their first year post partum. They leave our sessions with a new found confidence radiating off of them, and that’s why I do what I do.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
Giving myself grace. I have had to learn to be kind to myself during slow seasons, and give myself permission to rest during busy ones.
