I have the honor of walking alongside brave and courageous individuals and couples as they strive to become better than they are, overcome what they feel overwhelmed by, become who they dare dream of becoming, and love beyond themselves through the transformative power of love and forgiveness.

I am living my professional dream. I have the honor of healing marriages and helping people harness the best in them to become a kinder more caring human being. On top of this, I have the good fortune to train amazing therapists with Fuller Life Family Therapy.

I am a marriage and family therapist and certified sex therapist in Houston, Bellaire/West U/Galleria area. I specialize in working with couples in crisis through an intensive treatment model. I hold both a Doctor of Philosophy (PHD) and Masters degree in marriage and family therapy and have a private practice in Houston Texas specializing in couples and sex therapy, trauma and depression with over 20 years experience in the field of mental health.
I am a differentiation based therapist, Certified Sex Therapist with the American Association of Sex Educators, Therapists and Counselors (AASECT), and hold extensive training in EMDR and hypnosis. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Supervisor and Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor.
Professionally, I approach my clients with a unique combination of compassion and honesty. My therapeutic approach is based on a growth model within a healing relational framework. By empowering and equipping clients, previously hopeless situations now represent new opportunities for growth.
I also serve as the founding and clinical director of the Fuller Life Family Therapy Institute, a non-profit counseling training organization, providing affordable therapy to the community and an opportunity for training and mentoring developing marriage and family therapists.

The longer I live here, the more I love it. Houston is a unique city with access to anything you need or love. Houston may see huge from the outside but it’s a city of neighborhoods. Full of culture and diversity, Houston lives in the shadow of Harvey where rain prompts many of us to fear the worst. I would likely recommend Houston as a place for those with a heart for hurting relationships and those struggling with their mental health. It’s a place someone like myself can find and create a meaningful way to contribute to the healing of others.

- Dr. Fuller’s Rates: 50 min individual session: $195, Couples 50 min: $215, 80 min couples: $295, 10.5 hour Couples Intensive Treatment: $1800
- Fuller LIfe Masters Level Therapists offer a sliding scale between $40 and $95
- Fuller LIfe Masters Student therapists sliding scale between $20 to $60
- Fuller Life LPC or LMFT: $135 per hour session
