Ant, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I’m Ant “Promo Jones “I started back in 2010 doing promotions and marketing at Prairie View A & M university. Worked with some of the best DJ Mr. Rogers, DJ chose and more. I became in love with it and it’s been sticking to me ever since. Networking and meeting new people at Pv brought me lots of opportunities in Houston, Texas my hometown. I started promoting and marketing some of the biggest clubs in Houston, Texas…. The Gatsby venue, Throne, Tony’c hookah lounge, lumen, aura, etc. Now I work and partner with Bar Garauntee Entertainment where we do One of the biggest daybreak parties in the world & also James Harden Weekend. I’m the guy you hit when you come to my city or whenever you want to celebrate, I’m the one that shows you one of the greatest experiences in Houston.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It was a very difficult road for me sleepless nights, nights where I would sleep in the car. Meetings after meetings would really work from sun up to sun down just to get to where I’m at today. Making sacrifices on being out late just to network and be in rooms that I never would of thought of being in.

I am an Influencer who brings clubs, events, parties to life. A VIP specialist is what you can call me. I always have the vibes and the networking for people. Proud to be a part of some of the biggest events in Houston. My quality I bring to the city of Houston helps me thrive on being the best and continue to always work & get my brand out there. I’m always here to make sure my customers and guest is having the most amazing times ever when it comes to their birthday, or when it comes to just celebrating life it’s not always about the money it’s about the experience.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Positive attitude, outgoing & hard worker because this is nothing for the weak always remain strong and continue to thrive!
