Ashley, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
House of Bobbi was created in 2016 to showcase an extension of myself, Bobbi. Bobbi represents the aura of a confident, charismatic woman with eccentric dope vibes and eclectic fashion taste. She is royal in her own fashion.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There have been a few “lessons” along the way; but honestly, it’s been a blast being creative and showing the world what I have to offer!

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite childhood memory was in sixth grade, when my friends and I wrote and starred in play called The Remix of Cinderella. The curtains pulls up and there is me, starring me as Cindy (Cinderella 2.0) in her room cleaning and singing to Brandy song “Sitting Up In My Room”. The play was a big hit and I was a star at school! I felt like Dorothy Dandrige for a moment. It was the most fun I had with my friends being creative and being free.
