Today we’d like to introduce you to Bob Perez.
Bob Perez was introduced to boxing from 8 years old until his later teens by his father, who also introduced him to the love of Baseball. He pursued it into his college years, but it did not result in being chosen as an addition to the college team. Bob jokes that he’s not the tallest person in the world. One day was asked to be a sparring partner for a fighter in a “No Holds Barred” fighting event. After his first experience with MMA, Bob discovered a new fight style that he could see himself exploring and adding to his fight skills. In the training process, he stumbled upon a coaching career with the fighter that initially introduced him to the violent sport. Years later, Bob has coached over 84 champions as well as various UFC notables.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Fighters depend on their coaches for physical and mental wellness. Bob has been many things such as coach, father, brother, and trusted friend to these fighters. Fighters sometimes find the qualities that they seek personally in big hearted coached like Bob. Training his fighters is like raising children and being in their corner in all aspects of life.

As a longtime coach, Bob takes pride in supporting his fighters during times of physical and mental stress. CBD was something that he became interested in after hearing so many positive things that could benefit his students. Training fighters can sometimes result in injury after getting beat up consistently during everyday training. He has experienced something like broken bones, broken tooth, and painful hernias. CBD has improved his lifestyle and the management of daily pain.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Personal success is seeing his fighters become the best version of themselves professionally and personally. Bob is more than proud to see how his CBD products have improved people’s quality of life.
