Today we’d like to introduce you to Bryan Rawlins.
Hi Bryan, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
It just all started with my mom and her pushing me to grow my relationship with God and always having me in football.
As I got older I learned that God didn’t have me play football from 4 years old through college to be the best football player I could be but for me to learn His key core concepts in life and pass them along.
I always knew I wanted to be a Head Football Coach and when I was 25 years old I was able to accomplish that.
As I grew in the coaching world I realized how few solid youth coaches there are in the world today, so with the support from God, my mom, stepmom, dad, graphic designer, and brothers I created Twelve Complete Fitness.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely not, Dabo Swinney (Head Football Coach @ Clemson University) has this saying, “But nothing that is ever worth it is easy.” That’s really a key core concept in the Bible.
So definitely hasn’t been a smooth road.
I believe one of the biggest struggles I’ve had is having to grow personally while trying to help others grow.
I’m only 28 so there’s so much I’m still learning in life, but I try to take the knowledge and wisdom I do have and pass that down to others.

Twelve Complete Fitness is a sports training service mostly for the youth and young adults.
Twelve also have leisurewear for males and females.
I’m known for teaching others life through sports. I don’t think people understand how much sports mirrors life and we can really learn a lot about loving others, character, self-discipline, forgiveness, and many other things through sports.
I would say the thing I am most proud of is that my company isn’t just me. It has God in it, it has family in it, and it has sports in it. Those are the 3 things I love and am trying to love more so having a company built around those 3 things is amazing.
I believe what sets me apart from others is my authenticity. Not trying to hide the fact that I am human and being human I have my ways and my flaws. I’ve found it that people can respect that more than trying to put on a show.
Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
I have 2.
The first, I use to trail ride and rodeo with my cousins. There were a lot of us and we knew every weekend there was a trail ride so we use to go to these rides for the whole weekend and we had the best times.
The second, I would say just playing football with my brothers, especially at Pearland Dawson High School.
