Today we’d like to introduce you to Cierra Johnson.
Cierra, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
When I was in middle school, I decided that I wanted to do hair. Well luckily, the first time I took an attempt to braid someone’s hair, I found out that I could braid hair without a doubt. Seeing that I could already braid hair with no practice or anyone teaching me I got excited and started to pursue that as my longtime career. As I got older, around the age of 18, I finally started my own business called CierraNicoleBeautyBar. I sell high-quality hair and lashes. I do wish to expand my company and sell all things related to beauty. I love what I do and appreciate everyone who supports me.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Since I have started my business I have faced some tough times. Running a business comes with a lot. Nothing will be easy when it comes to a business. My advice will be just keep pushing and knock out any obstacles in your way.

My business is all about beauty. It all started with doing hair and selling hair. Hair will always be the top product of my company. It feels great to be able to provide hair and lashes. What I am most proud of about my company is its growth. My company growth was pretty awesome and I am forever grateful for that.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
My company’s best quality would be the fact that everyone is satisfied with my company. That makes me happy most.
