Cole, a recently licensed Texas real estate agent, joined CSD Realty Co. as a key team member and is injecting new energy and marketing tactics by use of technology including boosting the firm’s web and social media presence.
In addition to his contribution to the firm’s existing line of business, Cole is expanding the company’s scope of specialties to apartment locating. As a young adult, he is uniquely positioned to serve his network of young professionals and students who have requirements for a new place to live.
Becoming licensed in Real Estate at the young age of 18, Cole is an ambitious young professional, ready to make his mark in the real estate market.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Though he is a newly licensed agent, Cole has the advantage of a lifetime of learning from his parents/mentors who consistently recognize and expose him to business situations that serve as lessons which provide experience beyond his years.
Despite these advantages, the challenge faced by young professionals entering the business world cannot be denied. Cole has embraced the tools that are unique to his youth like proficiency in technology, social media/networking, and endless energy to overcome this challenge.
