Hi Dale , we’re so thrilled to have you sharing your story with us today. Maybe we can kick things off by having you introduce yourself to our readers? We’d love to have you go into your story and how you got to where you are today.
I am a Managing Principal for Magellan Investments, LLC.. He currently operates an office in Houston, Texas.. I started my financial services practice in 1992. Over the past 30 years, I have held numerous positions in both academic and corporate settings. I am currently teaching at Houston Community College. I have also taught at Blinn College, Lone Star College, Sam Houston State University, University of Houston, and University of St Thomas. My corporate experience includes a number of consulting and management positions with many of the Fortune 500 companies in Houston. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Kent State University, a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and a Doctorate of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D) from Texas A&M University. I also have achieved The Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), The Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), The Accredited Estate Planner (AEP), and the Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL) designations. I concentrate on retirement and estate planning issues as they pertain to individuals and small business owners.

When it gets to talk about “Brand,” I’d like proudly to present my style as “Entrepreneur Professor,” as I believe Business goes hand in hand with Education. Jenny Wang and JWang Properties have been great to us and I know you’ve got a great relationship with them as well. Maybe you can tell our audience a bit about Jenny Wang and JWang Properties and your experience with them.
Jenny and I have the same philosophy in doing business: we believe in relationship building. To be successful, we’ll need to understand and promote culture while operating our business. I met Jenny at the Houston Ballet patron’s party. We got to know each other through supporting our city’s Art Performance. Since then, she has listed and sold quite a few properties for my family and as well as my clients. She also had helped us to find our homes and investment properties several times. During working with her, she always kept the communication open and clear, whether it’s a phone call, text, or email. She advises with her wells of knowledge and expertise. She always put client’s best interest first. In an addition, we shared the joy and passion for Ballet. She truly is the pioneer of defining the model of “business +Culture.” She leads her team to diver “Joy and value” to those who share the journey with them with passion and endeavor.
