So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I was an operating manager for Conn’s and they began to sell Audio/Video and had no one to install it, so I began to sell and install it on the side. Eventually I had to quit Conn’s because I was so busy. 19 years later here I am.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It was a struggle learning how to maintain a small/medium business, and trying to keep the business profitable. As well as balancing business life, with keeping up with my 2 growing boys.
