She delivers effective and focused computer coaching and related technical, administrative services to small businesses and individuals with customized learning plans. Her range of abilities includes public speaking, live online courses, virtual technical support, reengineering of business processes and new business start-up coaching.
Desiree is well known in the Houston real estate community. She worked as a consultant with the Houston Association of Realtors for over 12 years and continue to promote their technologies to their members. As a CE Provider and Instructor with the Texas Real Estate Commission, she writes and teaches technology classes for real estate broker offices and groups.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
There are just not enough hours in a day to get everything accomplished as a solopreneur. Leaving the corporate world was the right decision for me but there is a price to it. There is no day off. Technology changes every day, so in order to be the best at my craft, I must study daily. Communicating with my husband of 33 years without being distracted has been a challenge. I’ve had to make it a priority to literally put the phone down. Close the laptop. Pay attention to what is most important.
Please tell us about Technography Solutions, LLC.
My company provides personal and customized technology coaching for small business owners. Once your needs have been assessed, a plan is put into place for coaching. Each person’s needs and learning style is completely different. It’s my job to ascertain what those parameters look like and how to provide the best coaching possible so that the learning experience is as stressless and hopefully, enjoyable as possible.
My patience is my biggest attribute. You will never feel as if you are ‘silly’, incapable’, ”stupid’ or any other debilitating feeling with me. You will be nurtured.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If I were to do anything differently, I would have hired an administrator to assist me.
