123 Credit Consultants started as a result of being frustrated with me and my family’s credit situation. I started out wanting to improve my own credit and sought out a company to help me. I worked two jobs to save up the $1200 Credit repair fee to repair my credit. Once I paid them the fee I never heard from them again. Needless to say, I was scammed, felt hopeless, and felt like I would never be able to improve my credit to own a home, drive my dream car, and live comfortably.
So I decided to repair my own credit. I started with smaller accounts and worked towards the larger debts. I paid most of them off. I thought I really was getting a handle on things until I realized that my score kept decreasing after I paid off my collection accounts. It took me a little 5 years to fully repair my own credit. I made a lot of errors and make a lot of costly mistakes that cost me more money and time being wasted. Once I understood what I did wrong and what I should have done better I decided to learn more about Credit and attend a local university to learn more about finances.

Has it been a smooth road?
I faced many challenges along the way to starting this company due to having limited funds. Although I had excellent credit I was not able to qualify for a business loan because I had limited income. Because of this, I was forced to start my business with just $500. Even though I had limited resources to start I was determined to get my business off the ground.
I build relationships within my community, offered free seminars, and my entire business has grown based off of word of mouth referral from happy clients.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite memory from childhood would be when my mom used to make her famous cheesy lasagna from scratch. We (my brother and I) used to follow her around the kitchen and taste test every ingredient she used when cooking this delicious meal. Once the meal was finished we would all gather around the table and swap stories about our day.
