Heph B Multi award winning artist originally from NJ/New York. He moved to Houston 5yrs ago. He has a great thrive and different sound of music, bringing both his background culture into his music as the Afro-Caribbean artist in Houston and to the world. Heph B is known to be the King of Afrodancehall in Houston and also known across the Us and other parts of the world.
He starts as a drummer at age 5, picked up the piano at age 12 and began writing his music. Heph B started off his musical career as an inspirational Rapper who’s lyrics caught so many youngster’s attention, even the old due to his inspirational words and encouragement. Still, as years goes by he decided to change his sound as he fully embraced his culture and upbringing merging sound from Nigeria and Jamaica. He’s known to be a reggae/Afrodancehall Artist with so many hits and accomplishments under his belt toured and performed with numerous A-list artists from Nigeria and also Jamaica.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road. A lot of sacrifices have been made, especially when he just moved from NY to Houston. But with being true to one’s self and consistency he’s made a mark and great accomplishment around Houston spreading out to the world.

My family has always been the #1 support. My fans in Houston shows massive support and also across the world. Vybz Kartel has been a great Mentor when it comes to dancehall music and sharp lyrics. Masterkraft played a significant role with so much encouragement staying true to the sound and putting in the work.
