Jacob , let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Always had an interest in fitness/healthy lifestyle, so started to workout. My wife(Annais) and friends (Kevon & Page Morton) wanted to team up and have a unique place.
Has it been a smooth road?
Not at all- at first we were kicking other ideas. We came along the idea of “Cryo” through all of us training, lifting weights, and competing. With having a family, kids, and careers, we knew it had to be a “unique” opportunity. We are all heavily involved with the community, church, schools, sports, scheduling was important

We specialize in “rapid body recovery”
We have Wholebody cryotherapy, localized cryotherapy,NormaTec compression, skin tightening, and more services in the future. We are the 1st cryotherapy business in Baytown area
We just don’t specialize in “athletes” , but anyone and everyone. We have children and adults coming in.
