Thanks for sharing your story with us Jamie. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Flight Elements, LLC is Houston based and family owned & operated. We provide a variety of flight department advantages to customers at all nearby airports. We pride ourselves in a heavy focus on customer service and attention to detail. With nearly 40 years of combined general aviation experience, our team is committed to providing flight crews and passengers with all the elements that make their trip a success.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Launching any business is never completely smooth sailing. Houston has a great market for aviation businesses but just like with most industries, word of mouth is key and we were the new kid in town when we launched in April of 2019. Fortunately, our founder, Gilbert Munoz, quickly earned a reputation for his honesty and integrity and customers were really drawn to him. With air travel quickly decreasing due to the current pandemic situation, we are optimistic that the valuable relationships we have established will see us through an uncertain economic future.
Tell us about your company. What do you do, what do you specialize in, what are you known for, etc. What are you most proud of as a company? What sets you apart from others?
We are unique in that, we are an aircraft cleaning company at our core, but our leadership’s experience affords us the opportunity to offer so much more than our competitors. From concierge services, to line operations and even flight dispatch, there really is not much we do not offer or have experience in, other than actually flying or doing maintenance on planes. Additionally, in a sea of large, aircraft cleaning corporations, Flight Elements is one of the few operations that is locally based in the Houston area. With us, you are not just another client. We pride ourselves in developing and maintaining our customer relationships and you will always be able to speak with the owner directly. Since we began, we have not lost a client to another provider and that speaks volumes about our emphasis of consistently creating a positive customer experience.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
We rarely refer to anything in our lives as being the result of luck but rather a firm belief that if you do right by people and operate your business with honesty and integrity, you will see positive results. In life and business, nothing is certain, but we believe that if we remain consistent in our faith and our commitment to our customers, we will not only survive, but thrive through both easy and challenging times.
