Meet Katalin Axmann of Kat’s Yoga Lab in Galleria

Today we’d like to introduce you to Katalin Axmann.

Katalin is a yogini of The Kriya Lineage and walks her spiritual path in a very powerful way. Breathing techniques, asanas, and thousands of meditations have helped her along her demanding life path. She is inspired to share all her knowledge and experience in different settings. Clients have included Whole Foods Market, VEGA, Lululemon Athletica, The Houstonian Club & Spa, Omni Houston Hotels, Hilton Hotels, BP Oil, OneSubsea, GE Energy, and Houston Health Behavioral Hospital, Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire. She has taught at The Houstonian Club and Equinox River Oaks club. She most enjoys helping clients of hospitals, recovery centers, and senior homes as well as the employee of corporations.

Kat’s Yoga Lab offers authentic and innovative yoga therapy services to address common health problems such as stress, anxiety, low back pain, and more. We envision a vibrant and healthy community. Hence, we help individuals and the populations of hospitals, recovery centers, senior homes, schools, and corporations to rediscover and celebrate vitality through yoga, meditation, and nutrition programs that are accessible and easy to do, and that ignite change.

We also train and mentor hand-picked yoga teachers to realize their greatest potential. Each teacher is supported through the development of successful yoga careers and by booking jobs while meeting high job performance and customer expectations. Our approach is soulful, creative, and heartfelt, creating a legacy.
