Today we’d like to introduce you to Kim Ngan Huynh.
Hi Kim Ngan, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’ve always enjoyed creating artworks since I was little but never thought about making it a career. It all started with creating designs for friends and families to enjoy my passion for the arts. After posting a few works that I get to share with my loved ones, I started to get a lot of inquiries within a very short amount of time. Seeing my passion is being appreciated pushes me to start learning about the industry and following my dreams to create a business where I can honestly say “I love what I do”.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
The smooth road was definitely NOT on any chapter of our business. But we can confidently say that we get over the bumpy road of challenges and have gained a tremendous amount of great experience. We’ve opened our business in late 2019 which is right before the Covid-19 pandemic, imagine what was going on around the world and especially the wedding events industry. That didn’t hold us back because we were confident in our talents and abilities to create beautiful arts to bring joy to our clients during this very tough time. Within a few weeks, we have gained our momentum and the business took off.

Kim Events’ goal is to transform any ordinary space into a place where you and your loved ones can create lasting memories. We specialize in fresh florals, decors, balloons, anything to bring smiles to our clients for their special events. Our business started because we want to bring joy to you and your loved ones so we don’t limit ourselves to a specific part of the industry, whether it is a wedding, birthday, bridal shower, quinceanera, etc.. we’d love to be apart of it as we’re very passionate about what we do. I am most proud of every team member of Kim Events is a true passion for creating arts, loving what we do really shows in the works for our clients, and I believe that’s what sets Kim Events apart from others.
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
Risk-taking is definitely every part of the business but also believe what we can achieve definitely brought us to where we are today. Every step that we take whether it’s a failure or success, we always gain a great experience or confirm that this journey is the right path toward our big dream, There are special requests from clients that we’ve never created before but we always love a new challenge as there is no limit to our industry, creating new arts for their Special Day is what we’re about, risks are meant to be taken.
