Meet Michael Steer of Steer Concepts

Today we’d like to introduce you to Michael Steer.

Hi Michael, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Created Clutch town coffee in January 2017, the first supplemented cold brew coffee using compound supplements. Within 2 months of launch was able to provide the cold brew pre-workout to Astros players for the whole year doing major events with them as well World Series! In 2020 I started Steer Concepts. Which lead to consulting small to large corporate businesses on building start-ups. My background arranges from retail, food and beverage, oil and gas and medical. Currently building the first kosher canning facility in Israel to give the Israeli community careers.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There are always challenges, but having challenges is a way to test your power to achieve greatness. One the major struggles with the coffee is cold brew is not a shelf stable organic product in the market. I have been in research with John Hopkins University to create the first all natural shelf stable cold brew product.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am known for taking everyday ideas and turning them into projects and careers. My thought process has always been to innovate and create new platforms for business-minded individuals and making sure they succeed in their dreams.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happy is seeing others success! This is why I created my consulting firm. To help young professionals excel to their potential. In doing so, we help the community and bring business and consumers together for a perfect harmony.
