Today we’d like to introduce you to Nikki Smith.
Nikki, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I have always taken care in my appearance from my early youth. In my upbringing, it was instilled that investing in your overall self will attract positivity and a wealth of opportunities. Throughout my life, I have been sought after for my approach on style and beauty, as well as opportunities that require self-confidence. After establishing a successful career in the Retirement Plan Industry, Real Estate and choosing a loving and supportive husband, I wanted to further my legacy with empowering women to embrace their femininity through fashion.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Absolutely not. I chuckle at the thought of having a smooth road to success. It’s the bumps in the road that provide character, wisdom and most of all the understanding of what can be improved upon. I struggled at truly understanding and embracing my purpose in life. Without a sense of purpose, I could not see where I was headed and why. It wasn’t until I moved on from an unhealthy marriage that I began to have vision. After divorce, it was not easy and in fact, I felt my that life was ruined. I took about 5 years for me to really understand and love who I was. Eventually, I was able to start seeing clearly. At that point, I was fully ready to love and refocus on my life goals again. My challenges in life prepared me for a successful career and an amazing husband who supports my vision in building an empire of empowerment.
House of Seirén – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Founded in 2020, House of Seirén is an online boutique that provides stylish clothing that are fashionable for high-value women to enhance their image experience to people that hold fashion, quality and high-end design to upmost importance. We strive to impart boss ladies with an unshakable sense of confidence by providing them with chic, top-quality clothing. I love the fact that we can empower women to radiate confident energy. Every piece of clothing and accessory are specially selected with care. Women will feel they’ve made a high-yield investment into themselves when shopping at House of Seirén.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Launching House of Seirén has been the happiest and most fulfilling moment in my career. I’m so passionate about this venture that it doesn’t feel like work. It’s so much fun and I truly believe it will be a huge part of my legacy. Being able to invest in this business without fear has been super-amazing.
