Today we’d like to introduce you to Nyota Miles.
Nyota, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I created Pink Pussie Kouture a year and a half ago. At that time I was kind of doing things other people were doing but I wasn’t happy with my brand at that time. So finally I decided to rebrand and that’s when I came up with my Pussy Empowerment brand. I wanted to create a brand that helped women with being comfortable about their sexuality. I wanted to create a brand that taught women to love their virtue and to cherish it no matter what. I have always battled with self-esteem issues and not loving myself. During that time, I was looking for love in all the wrong places which in turn put me in a lot of bad situation.
As a veteran, single mother and a woman who battles bipolar disorder, anxiety issues and ADHD I was lost for a long time. So one day I look and the mirror and I said to myself is this who you would want your daughter to be after crying for a while I decided to work harder at getting my message to more women in the world. My brand was not created to offend anyone it was merely created to let women know putting the pussy on a pedestal is a good thing. If we don’t do it then who will.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The road to my brand has been hard a lot of sleepless night, tears, struggles, not knowing how what to do and how to do it and putting my last dollars into my brand the road is still rocky now but I do it because I want to impact lives and I’m creating a movement!!
Pink Pussie Kouture – what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I think what sets my brand apart from most is that my brand is known as the Pussie Brand I am MsPinkPussie all the advice that I give is geared towards loving your pussy and keeping it healthy right and tight. I am proud that I am able to inspire women to love themselves no matter their flaws.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success to me is how you can make someone’s life better and how you can encourage them to be a better person.
