Today we’d like to introduce you to Rhonda Quillin.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Rhonda. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I was practically born in the real estate business. My grandfather was a builder/entrepreneur, and I watched as he built a hotel from the ground up. My grandmother owned and operated a beauty salon and the restaurant in the hotel. My grandfather owned rental properties and other real estate, and as a matter of fact, we lived in one of his rent houses when I was born. My father also owned his own business, so they gave me my strong work ethic showing me the importance of giving good customer service. League City is my main focus area. It’s where I grew up, raised my family, and live and play today. It is such an honor to be able to work in a town that I love and help my family, friends, and clients with their real estate needs. After being a full time Mom and then working in the corporate world, I realized that I really wanted to get my real estate license so I started taking classes in the evening after work. Once I got my license I decided to quit my corporate job and become a full-time agent. That was the best decision that I have ever made in my career. I absolutely love being a Realtor!
Has it been a smooth road?
People think that by getting a real estate license that you will automatically start making a lot of money and that deals just fall in your lap. That is far from the truth. It takes years to learn the business, education, networking, and getting your name out there. I have worked very hard to get where I am today and work on building my business every day.
So, as you know, we’re impressed – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
A lot of my business comes from referrals, family, friends, and my office. I love the real estate industry and what I do each day to help my clients. Excellent communication skills and an extended team of professionals helps the process run smooth. Extensive market knowledge from new construction in master-planned communities to resale homes in established neighborhoods, paired with expert negotiation skills are a true benefit to clients. My goal is to exceed your expectations by providing personal attention to detail, impeccable marketing, and professionalism.
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
Yes, real estate is booming right now. We have had tremendous growth here in our little town and families are attracted to moving here because of our fantastic schools, easy commute to Houston or Galveston, and easy access to the bay. League City is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, sports facilities, and parks. There is a small community feel with all of the big city conveniences.
