Today we’d like to introduce you to Ross Williams.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Ross. So, let’s start at the beginning, and we can move on from there.
My first entrepreneurial venture was a podcast called “Straight 2 The Point” that I started with my friend Josh Smith. Once the show hit the “Top 200” list on Apple, it lit a fire under me to become a full-time entrepreneur and tap further into my professional passions. Around my fourth episode or so, I began getting strong signs to write a book. I started writing at the age of six, but I never viewed it as a career until I began receiving undeniable signs to do so.
Halfway into writing my first novel, “Made It Out” a quote sparked the vision for my second book, “Crabs In A Barrel”. An hour after I released my first book, I started writing my second one. After the success of my first two bestsellers, I’ve been on a relentless mission to impact as many people as possible with my writing and business acumen. That intent has led me to building a company that empowers job seekers, authors, and entrepreneurs.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Things are always more challenging after you identify your calling. That’s when you have to prove that you are deserving of your dreams. If the dream is a road less traveled, then it’ll never be a smooth one.
I wouldn’t classify my challenges as struggles, because I genuinely enjoy what I do. Some of the biggest challenges so far have been sacrificing financial stability for no monetary return in the beginning, hurdling negative energy and non-believers, and the workload I shoulder on a consistent basis.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
My success is based on the impact I have on others. The pre-requisite of my success starts with having a strong impact on my loved ones and those closest to me. The messages that I provide the public with are in its most organic form because I live it on a daily basis.
