Meet Saira Fatah

Today we’d like to introduce you to Saira Fatah.

Hi Saira, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Being a first-generation immigrant from Pakistan. I never take a single day of having the opportunity of hard work for granted. I remember growing up in Pakistan most of my childhood, and one time I remember seeing an entire family eat out of a trashcan. I looked around and still remember till this day how not a soul paid attention to this event. That image stuck with me forever and has been my fuel to keep going beyond my limit when it comes to my career. It’s crazy living in the US we all panic when one day or electricity aka “black out” can occur. In the majority of the world electricity and water is a luxury to have. Because of my background, I was able to help get relief for 997 households during Covid which aided them with over 2.5M of relief in rent, utilities, and food. My journey has just begun. I would love to help as many individuals in not just Greater Houston but other states and countries as well.

Being born in a third-world Country then moving to the US where our resources are infinite makes me forever grateful, and I would love to be able to do more for our communities that are struggling. During the pandemic, I realized another main aspect in life is you must love what you do. I founded River Oaks Business Solutions LLC in 2017 which automates CFO, Controller, HR, and Recruiting roles for a third of what it would cost a company today through online artificial intelligence. Another venture I started during the pandemic is building NFT while creating content on Tik Tok to promote my businesses.

I don’t think majority of consumers realize how important Non-Fungible Tokens and Digital Currency will be in the future. Despite Inflation and Market/crypto crash in the next 2-3 years the US economy will start using Non-Fungible Tokens as a means of exchange. A unique aspect to realize about NFTs are that it is evolving not just for currency but the creative sides of all humans’ beings in the next decade.

My dream is to automate mundane work like bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting so the rest of us can have fun being our true selves and creating digital art that will be a unique legacy each of us can leave in this world that never expires.

In 2021, I started building Nonfungible tokens using Artificial Intelligence Apps. Having a background in finance and going into content creation along with building nfts has truly been a tickle for my creative side which I hope to get more people in it by automating my Business Solutions for as many companies not only in Houston but throughout the US this year.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The biggest struggle was having a business degree and not being able to code or having a very tech background for my businesses. I don’t think majority of consumers in America realize that most jobs are going to be taken over robotics in the next few years. Coding and knowing how to program things online is a huge asset to have. I have been learning through YouTube and various other online resources. I would suggest everyone to be able to know basic tech things since next few years our technology is going to get more advanced.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Although I am known for Business Financial Services: River Oaks Business Solutions and how we automate and increase profitability within the first week of services.

What is setting me apart these days is that I am a living example of a pending career transition. I believe in taking a leap of faith in your passions more than money. My full-time role was always in CFO/Controllership roles in Texas. I know many people went through the Great Resignation. I went through the “Great Awakening” and really started following my creative journey.

Building NFTs has been truly fun and exciting because my soul gets to shine through creativity. Coming from a finance background, I was always a super introvert shy person. There would be years in my career I would not be creative or think outside the box. In March 2022 I started my creative journey on this social media app called tik Tok… Within 4-5 months I was able to gain 21K followers where I am learning that most of us have not had an opportunity to be creative.

I am most proud of the fact that by end of this year, I will automate several clients of mine from River Oaks Business Solutions where they can pursue more creative things in life. Such as building NFT.

Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
Some people are good at tech stuff and some like me are great at financial literacy. When I first started building NFTs it was the most painful experience as a non-coder. It took me months to learn about “minting”, “Web3”, and “smart contracts”. When I finally started “ minting” and creating my own “ smart contracts” I had overwhelming amounts of people wanting to learn about NFTS. In the next few years, we must learn to build more integrated systems that can use community expertise on each subject. Ethereum Blockchain is something that should be required in the future for all schools to educate their students on. I would love to in the future work with developers, programmers, and even other content creators to come up with a way to make smart contracts on the blockchain where we can utilize our unique expertise to increase efficiency in various sectors.
