SKN Houston is a female owned and operated business that expanded during the covid pandemic. Arjana, Sonia, and Trisha came together to bring into fruition a facility that emphasized skin education and natural results in their services. We wanted to provide a place where our clients were provided the tools needed to undergo skin transformations.
Each of us brings our own skillset to best assist clients – Sonia, who has 20 years of experience working alongside leading dermatologists in Houston and consulting for national skincare lines, specializes in anti-aging and mature skin; Trisha, who has 16 years of experience working alongside plastics and dermatologists in Chicago and Houston, specializing in acne and multitude of skin types; Arjana, who has 8 years of experience working alongside leading dermatologists in Houston and focusing on natural micro enhancements utilizing injectables, lasers and other devices.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Just like most businesses during this time, we were not sheltered from the effects of covid. From mandated closures, to manufacturing changes, and shipment delays, you name it, we probably handled it this past 2 years. These various challenges have taught us patience and how to quickly adapt. We continue to offer online consultations and check-ins and have expanded skincare lines to ensure that our clients are able to get the products they need for healthy skin at home. Despite the challenges that a worldwide pandemic threw at us, we made it through the last 2 years with a smile and the drive to continue making an impact in the skincare community.
