The Soul of the City: a focus on the arts

Houston has always had an artistic soul.  The culture and heritage of our city, like most great cities, owes a tremendous debt to the arts community.  Supporting local art something we care deeply about and we’d like to do everything we can to help the local arts community thrive.  Unfortunately, too often media attention is monopolized by corporate interests and tabloid gossip – but culture doesn’t come from a focus on celebrity breakups it comes from a focus on the arts.  Below, you’ll find some incredible artists that we hope you will check out, follow and support.

Hey mamas! I’ve got a great tip for you if you are taking photos soon with your sweet little ones. This is something that has never failed me when I have a fussy or grumpy kiddo during a session or even when taking photos of my own kids. Bribery is key! Kiddos love their candy and the absolute best candy to bribe your kids with during your session is Smarties!!! They drool clear and don’t dye their mouths! I’m not saying stuff their mouths but one or two hear and there can really help when they’re having an off day! If you’re having your session with me I alway have some on hand! Bonus: They might work on your husbands too😜
