Today we’d like to introduce you to Serena Paris.
Every artist has a unique story. Can you briefly walk us through yours?
Born is a sleepy county town high in the mountains of Colorado. Just a little girl with huge dreams about big city lights and runway shows filled with famous people. I moved to Texas at 6 yrs old and began modeling at 14. Let me tell you its been a struggle this is not an easy industry, Thanks to my amazing family I’ve been able to make some of my dreams come true still striving to accomplish more. I’m constantly promoting on social media, working as a promo model, acting when I can, and I hold the title to Miss Winterfest Crossroads Queen, so I’m always working to better my community. My motto is always follow your dreams!
Please tell us about your art.
I model and act to be an inspiration to others. I want people to learn not to take no for an answer when their dreams are crushed. Looking back if I had given up at all the no’s, the you can’t do it’s, and your not good enoughs. I wouldn’t be where I am at today. I’ve learned that just because I didn’t win today, doesn’t mean tomorrow’s dawn won’t bring success. Every situation is a learning experience, you have to take the good with the bad and grow from there. I am just at the start of my journey, and I can’t wait to see what happens next!
Do you have any advice for other artists? Any lessons you wished you learned earlier?
That no matter what you do, people will not like/support you so you have to do what makes you happy at the end of the day. Trying to please everyone is a losing battle, so do what’s right for you. Take criticism, take positive feedback and use that to help build your character.
I wish I would have learned that not everyone in your “circle” really will support you or have your best interests.
My best advice is to always believe in yourself and never let anyone else doubt you!
How or where can people see your work? How can people support your work?

I have multiple publications in different magazines and have landed six billboards around the Texas area! The newest show I am in, Public Displays of Insanity will air on Amazon Prime! How exciting! An easy way to support artists is to leave comments, likes, and shares through social media! That is a huge way to promote the artist for FREE! Word of mouth is key too!
